Welcome to the Pelzer United Recreation Page. The Pelzer United Recreation program is a volunteer fun led program for ages 4-18 designed to foster a love and passion for soccer in a structured and supportive environment, ensuring that every player, regardless of their skill level, feels welcome and valued.
There are two seasons a year. The first season starts in September and lasts eight to ten weeks and the second season starts in February and lasts eight to ten weeks.

Practices will be held at Bill Hopkins Field, Brookdale Community Park and Williamston Soccer Field.

U5, U7, U9, U11 and U13 will play games at J.B. Red Owens Sports Complex in Easley SC ( 111 Walkers Way, Easley, SC 29642)
U5, U7, U9, U11 and U13 will start practice the week of September 8th. Games will start September 20th.

U15 will play games at United FC Furman Developmental League (Monaghan Park and Westside Park in Greenville)
U15 practice will start the week of August 25th. Games will start September 6th.

Rec Uniforms can be purched through the ACD sports website or in person.

Shin guards are required for all practices and games. Cleats are not required but highly encouraged.
Players must provide their own soccer ball

We are heading toward creating an in-house league for our Recreational Teams for the Spring 2025 season. First, this will only be for the U8 boys, U10 boys, and U12 boys age groups. The locations of the in-house program will be Herdklotz Park, Westside Park, and the Crocs Center.
Our other age groups (U15 boys, U8 girls, U10 girls, U12 girls, U15 girls) will remain playing games at the Mesa soccer complex.
There is a place to make requests in the registration form. We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot make any guarantees.
